Returns & Refunds
Note that customized products will not be accepted for return.
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order to return the products, without paying any indemnity. To do so, you must first notify ORPHEU DECOR of your decision, by means of an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will be confirmed within the maximum period of 24 hours.
ORPHEU DECOR will not accept products returned by cash on delivery.
To be returned, the products must be in their original package and be fully complete, without any signs of use, in perfect conditions. The items must be accompanied by an invoice at all times, as well as by any component that makes part of the product, namely manuals, documents and accessories. The products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
In case of return, the Customer will be reimbursed for all payments made, including shipping costs. However, any original customs duties or cost resulting from returning the products shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method used in the payment of the order, except for payments made with ATM Reference, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to withhold the refund while the goods are not received or for cases in which the products do not arrive in perfect conditions at ORPHEU DECOR facilities.
