Delivery and Returns

We have international shipments available!

Shipping costs are as follows:

Continental Portugal:

  • Free – for orders of 50 EUR or more
  • 5 EUR – for orders under 50 EUR

European Union:

  • Free – for orders of 175 EUR or more
  • 17.5 EUR – for orders under 175 EUR

Outside of European Union*:

  • Free – for orders of 350 EUR or more
  • 35 EUR – for orders under 350 EUR

*Shipping Outside of European Union will not be charged 23% VAT. Custom taxes/import duties in the country of destination shall be handled separately by the Customer.

The estimated delivery time indicated in each product page may vary, as it may be necessary to add the transport time to it:

  • Continental Portugal: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 1-4 working days
  • Outside of Europe: 2-7 working days

Due to customs related issues, please note that the shipment may not be available to some countries.

Your order will only be processed once the payment has been confirmed.

In payments made with Credit Card, ATM Reference or PayPal, your order will be immediately processed, unless there is any difficulty for reasons beyond ORPHEU DECOR.

If the payment is made by bank transfer, the order processing will only begin after confirmation of the transfer by ORPHEU DECOR’s bank, with the confirmation period varying according to the country of origin of the transfer.

Please note that some payment methods may not be available for some countries.

The estimated delivery time indicated on the products page are only indicative. Except for rare situations, the deadline shown on the website for each of the products is met. Please note that non-compliance may occur on delivery due to reasons beyond ORPHEU DECOR. Therefore, we will not accept liability for any damages caused by delays in the delivery process.

To conveniently receive your order, simply indicate the delivery address correctly and in full at the end of your order, so that the carrier can process the shipment. Orders will be delivered on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., so it is not possible to predict the exact delivery time. You should make sure that there will be someone responsible for receiving the order at the address provided during that time period. Orders are not accepted for deliveries to post office boxes.

When your order arrives, the person in the provided address will be asked to sign a delivery receipt. That person shall be responsible for receiving the order and for delivering it to the Customer.The Customer becomes responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods upon delivery.When receiving your order, you should check if it has any visible anomaly that may have been caused during transport. If there is, please accept the parcel, but write down the visible damages at the transport guide before signing it.After receiving the parcel, you should also check all the products received. If you find any anomaly, please report the situation to Orpheu Decor’s team, within 48h after receiving the products. To do so, you should send an email to info@orpheudecor.com, with the order number, the name or reference of the damaged product and a photo of it.

If an order is sent back to ORPHEU DECOR for reasons we are not responsible for, such as, for example, the non-presence of someone at the address provided, or the wrong or incomplete indication of the address, the costs associated with the new shipment will be borne by the Customer.

We work with well-known international carriers. Whenever they are not allowed to deliver the goods at the address provided by the Customer, for circumstances beyond ORPHEU DECOR’s control, such as customs restrictions at the destination country, among others; ORPHEU DECOR does not take any responsibility for and reserves the right to cancel the order and, consequently, reimburse the Customer.

The conditions of the shipping costs provided in this website shall only apply to the carrier selected by Orpheu Decor. Orpheu Decor reserves the right to refuse the shipment of its products by a different transport company.

ORPHEU DECOR has no control or responsibility for any costs associated with customs duties and taxes that may be applied in the destination country. The Customer should ask the customs of the destination country about the existence of any fees applied, and if there is, the costs shall be borne by the Customer.When there is a refusal to receive the parcel and/or pay import duties in the country of destination, and the parcel is sent back to ORPHEU DECOR, the Customer is entitled to cancel the order and get a refund. Nevertheless, any costs resulting from the products being shipped back to ORPHEU DECOR shall be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

Returns & Refunds

According to the Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order to exercise the right of free dissolution, without paying any indemnity or explaining the reason.

In order to exercise the right of free dissolution, you must notify ORPHEU DECOR of your decision, by means of an unequivocal statement sent by electronic mail to the email address info@orpheudecor.com. The reception will be confirmed within the maximum period of 24 hours. If within 24 hours the Customer receives no response from ORPHEU DECOR, we request that you contact us by telephone to make sure that your email has not got lost.

The Customer must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of the dissolution of the contract. The returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice.

The right of free dissolution of the contract shall not apply to:

  • Custom orders;
  • Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or manifestly personalized (custom order);
  • Supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deterioration or to quickly expire;
  • Supply of goods not subject to return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene (the cutlery and dinnerware are designed for personal use and, as such, no returns are permitted after use);
  • Supply of goods which, after delivery and by nature, get inseparably mixed with other products;
  • Supply of sealed audio or video recordings, as well as sealed software, where the consumer has removed the inviolability seal after delivery.

To be returned, the products must be in their original package and be fully complete, without any signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by all the components that are an integral part of them, namely manuals, documents and accessories. The products that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return.

In case of dissolution of the contract, the Customer will be reimbursed for payments made, including shipping costs. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

Refunds will be made by the same payment method used in the payment of the order, except for payments made with ATM Reference, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer, within 14 days from the date you exercised the right to dissolute the contract.

ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to withhold the refund while the goods are not received or for as long as the Customer does not provide evidence of the goods return.

The Customer may only return the products after communicating his/her decision to ORPHEU DECOR. At that time, an informational email will be sent to the Customer indicating the procedures for the products return.

ORPHEU DECOR will not accept products returned by cash on delivery.
