The website www.orpheudecor.com, hereinafter referred to as ORPHEU DECOR, is managed by the company VALEFERRUGEM, UNIPESSOAL LDA, juridical person nº 513 895 582, with registered office at Travessa da Ferrugem, nº 62, 4750-796 BARCELOS, with the e-mail adress: firstname.lastname@example.org.
PURPOSE AND APPLICATION SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Hiring and Use apply to the customers of the website www.orpheudecor.com, as well as to any commercial transactions carried out through it. This document establishes pre-contractual information on contracts concluded at a distance through the website www.orpheudecor.com.
The use of the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the website www.orpheudecor.com also known as ORPHEU DECOR.
The browsing on the website www.orpheudecor.com, as well as the purchase of any product, imply the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Hiring and Use.
ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Hiring and Use without prior notice, and any changes are published on the website www.orpheudecor.com.

ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to change the contents of the website, the services provided, as well as the General Conditions of Hiring and Use, at any time, and without prior notice. However, the current contracts already celebrated are safeguarded.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXCLUSIONS
ORPHEU DECOR is not responsible for damages caused by interferences, computer virus, interruptions, malfunctions, disconnections or any other situations that prevent the access or correct functioning of the website www.orpheudecor.com, as well as the services available in it.
ORPHEU DECOR is not responsable for damages caused by delay, default or defective fulfillment of any occurrence that is not directly attributable to it as a fraud or fault, in particular by occurrences associated with errors, omissions or inaccuracies regarding the information made available on the products, for damages caused by infringement of intellectual property, breach of obligations that are from the responsibility of the manufacturer, annullation and cancellation of orders already made, among others.
ORPHEU DECOR is not responsible for any possible violation of the laws of the country where the order is delivered, and is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the local authorities have the conditions for importing or using the products that you wish to purchase.
ORPHEU DECOR assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions existing on the website www.orpheudecor.com.
The abusive or fraudulent use of the information obtained through the website www.orpheudecor.com are entirely the responsibility of each user, and ORPHEU DECOR declines any responsibility for its use.
In case of a dispute arising from the application of these General Conditions of Hiring and Use, the Court of the County of Barcelos shall have jurisdiction with express waiver of any other.
The contents available on the website www.orpheudecor.com are owned by ORPHEU DECOR and third parties, namely the producers, manufacturers and brands that we commercialize.
All the information provided on the website www.orpheudecor.com is protected under the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. The total or partial reproduction of the information provided is strictly prohibited and requires prior written authorization from the respective owners.
The Customer may print, save or display the contents of this website exclusively for his personal use.
ORPHEU DECOR is not responsible for the guarantee of the products sold by the company. This responsability is totally imputed to the manufacturers, brands or its representative. If you need to activate the guarantee for a product that you have purchased, you should directly contact the manufacturer, the brand or its representative, as well as to consult the guarantee document accompanying the product.
The prices indicated throughout the website www.orpheudecor.com are retail prices in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. The prices shown do not include transportation and assembly costs, unless otherwise indicated. The transportation costs will be automatically calculated in the checkout process.
Although we work hard to provide the best service possible, it may happen that the prices indicated on our website contain errors. If an error is found in the price of one of our products, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible about it, and will be able to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If there is any difficulty in contacting the Customer, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be refunded in full of the amount paid.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All the orders placed on the website www.orpheudecor.com are subject to availability. If your order can’t be supplied, ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to notify you about this occurence and we will refund you the full amount already paid.
HOW TO SHOP
To place the order you just need to find the products you want and add them to your shopping basket. Once you have gathered all the products you want in your shopping basket you may proceed to the checkout. To finalize your order you must be registered as a Customer by completing the application form that will be made available. Once you are registered, you must choose the payment method you want and follow the steps indicated for a successful checkout process of your order.
ORPHEU DECOR offers several payment solutions in order to make your ordering process as comfortable as possible. The payment methods available are as follows:
To make the payment through your credit card, you must enter all the requested data.
After confirming your order, you will be provided with the payment information (entity, reference and value). You have 3 days after placing the order to proceed with the payment. Payment can be made bt ATM or Homebanking.
If you choose to pay for your order through Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to finalise the payment. For more information see www.paypal.com.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes the information of the bank account to which you must make the transfer. You have 3 days after placing the order to proceed with the payment. After the transfer, we request you to send us a transfer receipt to the e-mail address email@example.com, mentioning the order number in the e-mail title. The order will only be sent after payment confirmation, which may take a few days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will only be processed once its payment has been confirmed.
In case of payments made by Credit Card, ATM Reference or Paypal your order will be processed immediately, unless it is verified some difficulty for reasons beyond the ORPHEU DECOR.
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the order processing will only begin after confirmation of the bank transfer by the bank of ORPHEU DECOR, and the confirmation period varies depending on the country of origin of the transfer.
Please note that payment methods may not be available for some countries.
The estimated delivery times indicated on the product page are only indicative. Except in rare situations, the deadline defined on the website for each of the products is respected. Please note that non-compliance may occur on delivery due to unauthorized reasons. Therefore, we can not be held liable for any damages caused by delays in the delivery of the orders.
To conveniently receive your order, simply indicate the delivery address correctly and completely at the end of your order, so that the selected carrier delivers it. Orders will be delivered on working days between 9:00 am and 7:00 p.m., and it is not possible to predict the delivery time. You should make sure that there will be someone responsible for receiving the order at the address indicated by you during the above period. Orders are not accepted for deliveries in post office boxes.
When your order is delivered, someone will be asked to sign the delivery receipt. The person signing the receipt shall be responsible for receiving the order and for delivering it to the Customer.
When receiving your order you should check if it has any visible anomaly that may have been caused by the transport. If there is any anomaly, do not accept the product. If you accept the product and sign the transport guide, ORPHEU DECOR can not be responsible for any damage, anomaly or theft that occurred during the transport.
Upon the delivery, the Customer becomes responsable for the risk of loss or damage of the goods.
If an order is returned to ORPHEU DECOR for reasons that are not from our responsibility, such as, for example, the lack of presence of someone at the address indicated, or the wrong or incomplete indication of the address, the costs associated with the new attempt will be borne by the Customer.
ORPHEU DECOR has no control and responsibility for any costs associated with customs duties and taxes that may be applied in the destination country. The Customer must inform the customs of the country of the order’s destination to ensure that there are any fees applied, and if there are this costs are borne by the Customer.
The shipping costs of your order are automatically calculated when you finish your order, and depend on several factors. The delivery of your order may not have any cost depending on the value of the purchase or if it is made in the context of some campaign. In this case, you will be given this indication when the order is finished.
The estimated delivery time defined in the product pages applies to orders delivered in Continental Portugal and is indicated on business days. For deliveries outside Continental Portugal, the estimated delivery time will be added up to 4 working days for deliveries in Madeira, up to 14 working days for deliveries in the Azores and up to 6 working days for deliveries in the countries belonging to the European Union and Switzerland. For larger orders or with special characteristics, delivery times may differ from those presented. In case of doubt, please contact us through the contacts made available on our website homepage.

According to the Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receiving date of his order to exercise the right of free dissolution, without payment of compensation and without indicate the reason.
In order to exercise the right of free dissolution, you must notify ORPHEU DECOR of your decision to the dissolution of this contract, by means of an unequivocal statement sent by electronic mail to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, whose receipt will be confirmed within the maximum period of 24 hours. If, within 24 hours, the Customer receives no response from ORPHEU DECOR, we request that you contact us by phone to mislead us if your email has not been received.
The Customer must return the products within 14 days after the notification of the decision to the dissolution of the contract. Products to be returned must be accompanied by the original invoice.
The right of free dissolution of the contract shall not apply to:
· Made to order;
· Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or manifestly personalized (made to order);
· Supply of goods which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deterioration or to quickly become outdated;
· Supply of sealed goods not subject to return for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery:
· Supply of goods which, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
· Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software, where the consumer has withdrawn the seal of inviolability after delivery.
The products to be returned must be in the original packaging and fully complete, without any signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by all the components, namely manuals, documents and accessories that form an integral part of them. The products that do not meet these requirements can not be accepted for return.
In case of dissolution of the contract, the Customer will be reimbursed for payments made including transportation costs, except for costs resulting from Customer’s choice with a different and more costly delivery method than the commonly accepted and less costly modality proposed by the ORPHEU DECOR.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the payment of the order, except for payment made by ATM Reference, that will be reimbursed by bank transfer, within 14 days from the date you exercised the right to dissolute the contract.
ORPHEU DECOR reserves the right to withhold the refund while the goods are not received or as long as the Customer does not provide a return proof of the goods.
The Customer may only send the products to be returned after communication to ORPHEU DECOR. At that time, an informational email will be sent to the Customer indicating the procedures for the products return.
ORPHEU DECOR will not accept orders returned paid-on-delivery.
ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE
These General Terms and Conditions of Hiring and Use, as well as all contracts entered into under them on the website www.orpheudecor.com are governed by portuguese legislation. In case of a conflict or divergence of interpretation regarding these General Terms and Conditions of Hiring and Use, it will be used the competent portuguese Court.
