Description:
The Goa Table Knife by Cutipol is a perfect blend of Western and Eastern design, with ergonomic and refined lines that make it easy to use. Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal by Cutipol, this knife stands out for its use of 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed or 24k gold-plated brushed finish, combined with resin handles available in a wide range of colours, including black, brown, grey, red, pink, celadon, ivory, blue, turquoise and white.
Launched in 2004, the Goa model was developed after extensive testing to achieve the ideal balance between resin and steel, resulting in a knife that is light, comfortable and elegant, offering a pleasant experience when handling.
To care for the knives, it is recommended to wash them immediately after use with hot water and neutral detergent, avoiding abrasive products or chlorine, which can damage the steel and the gold finish. Although dishwasher-safe, they should be removed as soon as the cycle ends and carefully dried to prevent oxidation. To maintain the colour of darker handles, a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil can occasionally be applied.
