It can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher, but it is important to avoid abrasive products and to remove the knife from the machine as soon as the cycle finishes to minimise exposure to steam. Due to the nature of the steel used, it is recommended to wash the knife immediately after use, dry it thoroughly, and store it in a dry place to ensure its durability and resistance over time.
