The Ebony Dinner Knife by Cutipol is a high-quality piece made from 18/10 stainless steel, with a brushed or brushed gold finish that adds a sophisticated and elegant touch. The black or slate resin handle is lightweight and durable, making the knife comfortable and ergonomic to hold.

Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro, the Ebony line is inspired by classic styles but features a contemporary design with clean, minimalist lines. This knife is perfect for any table, offering both functionality and refined aesthetics.

Proudly made in Portugal, the Ebony dinner knife can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. When washing by hand, avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool. In the dishwasher, minimise prolonged exposure to steam by removing the knife as soon as the cycle ends.

The blades need special care. The steel, which gives excellent cutting performance, may be less resistant to rust. Make sure to wash the knives immediately after use and dry them thoroughly before storing in a dry place.

To keep the darker handles looking their best and maintain their colour, we recommend applying a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil occasionally.
