The cutlery can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. To care for the pieces, avoid using abrasive cleaners or wire scourers when washing by hand. In the dishwasher, reduce prolonged contact with steam and remove the cutlery as soon as the cycle ends. The blades are very sharp and require special care to prevent rust: wash them immediately after use, dry thoroughly, and store in a dry place.
