Description:

The Ebony Cheese Knife by Cutipol is an elegant and practical piece, made from 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed finish that ensures durability and a refined look. The handle, made from black/slate resin, offers lightness and ergonomic comfort, making it ideal for extended use.

Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro, the Ebony range combines classic influences with a contemporary design, featuring precise and minimalist lines. The blade is specially made for cutting cheese, blending simplicity and elegance—perfect for serving cheese with sophistication.

Made in Portugal, this cheese knife is easy to care for and can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher. For hand washing, avoid using abrasive cleaners or wire scrubbers. When using a dishwasher, minimise prolonged exposure to steam by removing the knife as soon as the wash cycle ends.

The blades require special care. The steel, which gives a sharper cutting edge, may be less resistant to rust. Make sure to wash the knives immediately after use and dry them thoroughly before storing in a dry place.

To keep the darker handles lasting longer and maintaining their colour, we recommend applying a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil.
