Description:

The Goa Butter Knife by Cutipol combines the best of Western and Eastern design, resulting in an ergonomic and delicate piece that is easy to use. With its rounded tip, this knife is ideal for spreading butter, pâtés, jams and other spreads without damaging the bread.

Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal, it is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed matte or 24k brushed gold finish. The resin handle is available in a variety of colours, including black, brown, grey, pink, celadon, ivory, blue and white. Light and comfortable, it offers perfect balance between the metal and resin, ensuring both functionality and elegance in every use.

To maintain the knife, wash it immediately after use with hot water and mild detergent. It is dishwasher safe, but prolonged exposure to steam should be avoided, and the knife removed as soon as the cycle ends. Dry carefully with a soft cloth and store in a dry place. For darker handles, occasional application of moisturising lotion or vegetable oil is recommended to maintain the colour. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, and place cutlery carefully in the dishwasher to prevent scratches.
