Description:

The Goa Cheese Knife by Cutipol combines Western and Eastern tradition in an ergonomic and delicate design, ideal for cutting or slicing any type of cheese with precision.

Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal, this knife is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed or brushed gold finish, and features a resin handle available in a variety of colours, including black, brown, grey, pink, celadon, ivory, blue and white. Light and comfortable to hold, the knife offers the perfect balance of functionality and elegance.

Part of Cutipol’s iconic Goa collection, it is renowned for its quality and distinctive design. To maintain its durability, it is recommended to wash the knife immediately after use with hot water and mild detergent, dry it thoroughly and store it in a dry place. Avoid harsh detergents, especially those containing chlorine or limescale remover, to prevent damage to the steel or gold finish. The knife is dishwasher safe, but prolonged exposure to steam should be minimised, and it should be placed carefully to avoid scratches. To preserve the colour of darker handles, occasional application of moisturising lotion or vegetable oil is advised.
