Description:

The Goa Fish Knife by Cutipol combines the elegance of Western and Eastern design, offering an ergonomic and delicate piece that is easy to use. Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal, it is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed or 24k brushed gold finish, and features a resin handle available in several colours: black, brown, grey, pink, celadon, ivory, blue and white. The gold finish is 24k.

This iconic model, created in 2004, is the perfect union of resin and steel, providing a light, comfortable knife with the ideal balance of weight and shape, ensuring both functionality and elegance.

To maintain its quality, it should be washed immediately after use with hot water and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive products or wire scrubbers. It is dishwasher safe, but exposure to steam should be minimised, and the knife removed as soon as the cycle finishes. It should also be carefully dried with a soft cloth. To preserve the colour of darker handles, a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil can be applied.

Due to the carbon in the blades and the copper in the gold finish, harsh detergents, such as those containing chlorine or limescale removers, should be avoided, as they may cause stains or rust. To prevent scratches, knives should be placed carefully in the dishwasher and kept separate from other pieces.
