Description:

The Goa Serving Knife by Cutipol blends Western and Eastern design, creating an ergonomic and elegant piece that is easy to use. Designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal, it features an 18/10 stainless steel blade with a brushed matte or 24k gold-brushed finish, and a resin handle available in several colours, including black, brown, grey, celadon, ivory, blue, and white. Lightweight and comfortable to hold, the knife is perfectly balanced in weight and shape, offering both functionality and elegance.

To care for the knife, wash it by hand immediately after use with hot water and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive products or wire scrubbers. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing in a dry place. Because the blade contains carbon and the gold finish contains copper, avoid harsh detergents with chlorine or limescale removers, as they can damage the blade. To maintain the colour of darker handles, occasionally apply a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil. Store the knife carefully and separately to prevent scratches.
