Description:

The Goa Steak Knife by Cutipol is an ergonomic and delicate piece, the result of a perfect blend of Western and Eastern design. Created by José Joaquim Ribeiro and made in Portugal, this serrated knife allows for precise cutting of meat. It is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed or 24k brushed gold finish, and the resin handle is available in several colours: black, brown, grey, celadon, blue and white.

The Goa model, launched in 2004, stands out for its balance between resin and steel, providing a light, comfortable and elegant piece that fits naturally in the hand.

To care for your knife, wash it promptly after use with hot water and mild detergent. It can be dishwasher safe, but avoid prolonged exposure to steam and remove the cutlery as soon as the cycle ends. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. Due to the steel and gold finish, avoid aggressive detergents containing chlorine or limescale remover to prevent stains and rust. To preserve the colour of darker handles, a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil can be applied occasionally.

To prevent scratches, place cutlery carefully in the dishwasher and avoid contact between pieces. Knives should be stored separately.
