The Icon Cheese Knife by Cutipol is made from 18/10 stainless steel and features a polished finish, ensuring quality and durability. Produced in Portugal by Cutipol and designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro, it combines elegant design with practical functionality. The knife has straight, fine lines and a smooth feel, giving it a delicate and timeless style without losing the strength needed for everyday use.
It can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. For handwashing, avoid abrasive cleaners and wire scourers. In the dishwasher, reduce prolonged contact with steam by removing the knife as soon as the cycle ends. To keep the blades in good condition, wash and dry them immediately after use and store them in a dry place, as the steel may rust if exposed to moisture.
