The Icon Dessert Knife by Cutipol – Matte features a brushed finish and is made in Portugal from 18/10 stainless steel. The knife can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. For handwashing, avoid abrasive products and wire scourers. In the dishwasher, remove it as soon as the cycle finishes to minimise contact with steam. The blades need special care: wash and dry the knives immediately after use and store them in a dry place to prolong their lifespan.
