The cutlery can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. For longer-lasting quality, it is recommended to avoid abrasive cleaning products and to minimise exposure to steam by removing the cutlery from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle ends. Due to their sharp blades, the knives should be washed immediately after use, thoroughly dried, and stored in a dry place. To maintain the dark colour and shine of the handles, it is advisable to occasionally apply a moisturising lotion or vegetable oil.
