Description:

The Mio Dinner Knife by Cutipol is a modern and elegant piece of cutlery, available with a brushed or brushed gold finish, and with handles in a variety of colours including black, white, grey, brown, pink, ivory, blue, and celadon. Made in Portugal from 18/10 stainless steel with a resin handle, the Mio dinner knife combines quality with the handcrafted design of José Joaquim Ribeiro.

To keep the knife in perfect condition, it is recommended to wash by hand with hot water and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive products and scourers. It is dishwasher safe, but should be removed immediately after the cycle to minimise prolonged exposure to steam. It is important to dry the knives thoroughly before storing them in a dry place, avoiding moisture to prevent rust, particularly on the blades, which have greater cutting power but are more susceptible to corrosion.

Darker handles benefit from occasional application of moisturising lotion or vegetable oil to maintain their colour.
