Description:

The Mio Serving Knife by Cutipol is made in Portugal from 18/10 stainless steel with a resin handle, available in black, ivory, and blue. It features a brushed or brushed gold finish, giving it a modern and elegant appearance.

To maintain the quality of the carving knife, it is recommended to hand wash with hot water and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive products or scourers. It is dishwasher safe, but prolonged exposure to steam should be minimised, and it should be carefully dried with a soft cloth.

The blade has high cutting power but may oxidise if not properly cared for: wash immediately after use and store dry in a moisture-free place. To preserve the colour of darker handles, occasional application of moisturising lotion or vegetable oil is suggested.
