Description:
The Noor Cheese Knife by Cutipol is made from 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring durability and a good cut. Its handle, made of resin reinforced with fibreglass, has a black/slate colour, providing a smooth and sturdy feel that fits comfortably in the hand.
This model was designed by José Joaquim Ribeiro and produced in Portugal, combining elegant design with oriental inspirations.
It can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher, but abrasive products should be avoided, and prolonged steam exposure in the dishwasher should be minimised to maintain quality.
It’s important to dry the knife thoroughly after washing and store it in a dry place to prevent rust. To preserve the handle’s colour and strength, it’s recommended to occasionally apply moisturising lotion or vegetable oil.
